Beamish 4.01b

Are you stuck with Shelx, going crazy with Crystals, WinGX sent you wobbly, LinGX left you slightly lost, APEXII left you for dead or just need some structural healing? Then perhaps posting here will help? Use this forum for general discussion about software, databases and web resources.

Beamish 4.01b

I suppose I should document this somewhere whilst I work on the wiki page.

Beamish 4.01b is a beam correction program for carrying out crude beam corrections to SMX data collected at Daresbury, SRS.

Currently the software can only be run at Daresbury by Me or by Peter and used to correct data collections which need beam correction. Things like charge density etc.

The program is constantly evolving..........

When the SRS SMX facilities close and thus the end of any data collected there/here I intend to make a stand alone version which will contain the beam information locally. Or perhaps a version which will talk to my website to get the beam info. However until then you can always ask me to correct your data (assuming your going to make me co-author, NO SERIOUSLY).
